Cheryl is a successful healthcare business development executive for one of the largest global consulting firms. Cheryl also leads the go-to-market strategy for employee well-being for Government and Public Services.
Yet, by night, Cheryl is a psychic medium helping people get clarity on their life path and closure by connecting with loved ones who died.
She saw an opportunity to bring together her spiritual knowledge with her business experience and started SoulConX.
Cheryl is the author of “Here in Spirit.” A left-handed Cancer, she is a self-proclaimed dancing queen, foodie, and uncool mom of Collin and Emma.

Howard Gruverman is the founding partner of Iron Street Advisors. IronStreet partners with early-stage businesses who are committed to innovation and possess the potential to disrupt the status quo and create lasting change for better results, better outcomes and better experiences across the healthcare system.
Mr. Gruverman spent over 30 years serving the healthcare and benefits industry with a focus on the healthcare delivery system by improving people’s lives and their health. Howard has held many national leadership roles working directly with health plans, employers, and government organizations.
Most recently Mr. Gruverman served as executive vice president of enterprise at Sharecare for the past five years. Howard’s role included the development and execution of their enterprise strategy and tactical plan. Prior to Sharecare, Howard led the vision and strategy for national service solutions as Senior Vice President of National Accounts at Wells Fargo, where he helped enable employers to improve their healthcare status, lower overall costs, increase consumer engagement and improve overall workforce productivity. In that role, Gruverman worked with national employers ranging from 5,000 to over 500,000 employees, including private equity portfolio initiatives, technology, Fortune 1000 and several other industry-based programs.
